FLPro Builder is the Florida general-construction and trade-services brand operated by FL Pro Staffing LLC. Built around the principle that owners should get one phone number, one accountable contractor, and one closeout — regardless of how many trades a project actually touches.
Why this exists
Owners don't fail because anyone worked badly. They fail because no one was controlling the whole picture — schedule, sequencing, permits, approvals, and the seams between specialty trades.
FLPro Builder was built to solve that. The general-contracting layer holds the licensing, the operations, and the accountability. The twelve trade brands are the customer-facing surfaces that match how Florida owners actually search for help — by trade, not by org chart.
The model is intentional. A homeowner searching for "roof repair near me" doesn't want a corporate website explaining a holding structure. They want a roofer they can call. FLPro Roof gives them that — and behind the scenes, the FLPro Builder system makes sure the roofer arrives on time and the work passes inspection.
The principal
FLPro Builder is led by Daniel Jorge — a Florida-licensed contractor with more than 25 years of construction, project management, and real-estate-development experience.
Daniel's background covers commercial general contracting, property development, project finance, and direct field execution across Florida and beyond. The FLPro Builder model exists because most "construction companies" are either pure trade subs without project management or pure project managers without trade execution. Owners pay for the gap.
FLPro Builder closes that gap. Daniel personally reviews active projects, tracks key decisions, and stays close enough to scope and sequencing that the principal can answer for the work — not a layer of account managers reading status reports.
Our approach
